Helping Distressed Homeowners Is My Passion

(Updated September 30, 2014) Several years ago, my life and profession merged.  I didn’t see it happening until the transformation was completed.  Today, if I represent you as a real estate broker, my opinions are very different than when I entered the profession.  You must understand that I’m afraid of going broke again and it shows in my work but I do have the understanding that if it happens, life goes on because those around you will pick you up, dust you off and carry you until you get your footing so that you can walk on your own once again.  This was not an experience that I could have learned any other way but hands on and with the help and support of many.  There was not and still is not a college course that could have prepared me for this life experience.  With that being said, I did fall but did not fail.  My knees were bloody from the fall but I have since healed and have scares to prove the experience that is now channeled to help others in similar situations.

On September 4, 2012 an email arrived from the National Association of Realtors® advising me that I had been selected as one of five Homeownership Matters Realtor® Heros.

On September 4, 2012 an email arrived that I did not expect nor did I ask for.  It was from the National Association of Realtors® advising me that I had been selected as one of five Homeownership Matters Realtor® Heros.  After a conference call, a film crew arrived and met with me and several of my clients and Gail King, my “Mother by Real Estate.”  Filming the video made me physically ill as I prefer to fly under the radar.

This video was played infront of my peers at the 2012 Realtor® Conference which had the apportiate theme of “Discover Your Magic.”  Standing before my peers with the other four honorees was a great experience that helped me understand that my work is important not only to me and my clients but also my peers.

If you or someone else is having trouble being a homeowner for whatever the reason, drop me a note and tell me the situation.  Maybe I can be of assistance.

My blog is dedicated to assisting distressed homeowners and I will tell your story so that you don’t have to travel the path I was forced to travel.
